An essential part of our aseptic filling machine portfolio are our vial filling machines. The Pharma Liquid/Powder Vial Filling Line group is composed of four single machines: the QCK series ultrasonic vial washing machine, GMS series tunnel sterilization dryer, KFG/KYG series antibiotic bottle vial powder/liquid filling and stoppering machine, and KGL series vial capping machine. Each machine, including our liquid filling machine for pharmaceutical applications and pharma powder filling machine, can be used alone or in linkage production.

Vial Washing, Sterilizing, Filling and Capping Line is mainly used in the production of sterile powder/liquid injection for antibiotic vials in pharmaceutical factories.

Vial Filling Complete Line Solutions

Step1: Ultrasonic washing

Ultrasonic Vial Washing Machine adopts the combination of ultrasonic cleaning and separate pressure jet washing of water and gas.
This machine mainly used to wash penicillin vials, oral liquid bottles and ampoules.

Step2: Sterilizing& Drying

Laminar flow sterilization tunnel for washed vial dry sterilization and heat removal.
Three working areas: preheat, heating, cooling. All areas mounted on a chrome-treated steel base plate.

Step3: Filling& Stoppering

Vial Filling & Stoppering Machine accurately fills vials with liquids or powders and securely applies stoppers, ensuring efficient and sterile packaging.

Step4: Capping

Vial Capping Machine securely seals vials with caps, ensuring the integrity and sterility of the contents.
