The system utilizes high-precision thermostatic control with a 316L stainless steel liquid storage tank that offers heating, insulation, and mixing capabilities, ensuring uniformity and fluidity during the filling process.

Pharmec's suppository filling machine includes an insertion-type linear filling mechanism that guarantees accurate dosage with minimal error, while the continuous cooling design ensures that suppositories are fully cooled and solidified after filling. The machine also supports continuous strip production and sealing, with batch numbers automatically printed during the sealing process. Its design is both efficient and easy to operate and maintain, delivering a high-quality final product with an excellent sealing rate.

How Does Suppository Filling Machine Work?

The working process of the suppository filling machine typically involves several key steps to ensure the accurate and efficient production of suppositories:

Step 1: Making Shell

It will be rolled into the forming area by the clamping mechanism. The mold will be heated by the preheating mold, the mold, the mold, the blow mold and the bubble forming

Step 2: Filling

The one-time molding suppository ensures ±2% filling accuracy. It includes an electric heating and mixing system, with material recirculated for consistent filling.

Step 3: Cooling Design

The suppository of the whole drainage is entered into the cooling box, and the cooling box is equipped with a cold water unit.

Step 4: Shearing

After cooling, the suppository goes through preheating, sealing, batch numbering, cutting, trimming, and counting.
