Pharmec's cream and ointment filling and sealing machines are designed to handle a variety of tube materials, including metal, plastic, aluminum, and laminate. These machines are capable of processing different types of viscous and semi-viscous products such as cosmetics, ointments, toothpaste, food products, pharmaceuticals, and shaving creams. Equipped with a PLC-based control system and a touch screen control panel, they ensure world-class performance and reliability.
Pharmec's automatic tube filling machines feature an automated tube feeding system that places tubes into holding cups for filling, sealing, and ejection into the discharge hopper. The filling volume can be easily adjusted to meet the desired weight specifications. For sealing, the machine offers options such as folding and crimping for aluminum tubes and thermo heat sealing for PVC tubes. After sealing, a coding device can imprint codes on the sealed area. Prior to filling, tubes are cleaned with compressed air to remove any dust and ensure product quality.

Tube Filling Machine is an used for fills of ointment, cream, tooth paste, gel and semi solid materials in aluminum or in plastic tube and sealing of the tube. Application of the machine is in pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, foods, adhesive, paint, chemicals and others industries.

Salient Features of Tube Filler & Sealer

The tube filling machine provides automated filling, sealing, and printing with features such as consistent sealing height, adjustable speed, effective heat management, and an intuitive user interface for precise control.

1. Automatic Tube Placement and Sealing：

The tube is automatically pressed into an elastic tension holder for consistent sealing height. Oval or special-shaped tubes use an automatic color mark adjustment system with a stepping tube holder.

2. Filling System and Sealing Method：

A mechanical transmission filling system ensures stable capacity. Hot air seals the tube's internal wall, while water circulation cools the external wall for a clean seal. A fan vents harmful gases produced during heating.

3. Post-Sealing Cooling and Safety Measures：

After sealing, a wind cooling system prevents heat transfer to the ointment, protecting the product's integrity.

4. Automated Process and Speed Adjustment：

The tube filling machine automates filling, sealing, and batch printing, featuring adjustable speed, automatic tube supply, blowing, color mark adjustment, and a user-friendly interface for direct control.
