Introduction

• PT-KGL series capping machine is suitable for sealing aluminum caps of antibiotic vials and plastic bottles. It can automatically com­plete the processes of bottle feeding, capping and bottle discharging.
• The machine adopts advanced and reliable frequency converter for speed regulation, and uses a planetary mechanism to complete the functions of turntable revolution and rolling head rotation. The aluminum cap is firmly fixed on the bottle mouth during the continuous operation of single head and single knife. It has compact structure, stable performance and easy maintenance.
• It is an ideal sealing equipment with fast speed, large output, beautiful rolled cover. simple automatic control operation and convenient replacement of specification parts. The equipment complies with GMP standard. 

• Small single cutter or small three cutter capping. 

• The spiral dragon enters the bottle stably. 

• The cover slide down is smooth, and the finished aluminum cover is stable. 

• There is no rubber plug at the front and no aluminum cover at the rear.
