Available for pharmaceutical factory, food and chemical industries. Tablets formed twice by main pressing and pre-pressing.
Equipped with grease and oil central automatic lubricating system.
Double-sided discharge chutes; high productivity.
There is no hand-wheel with machine, automatic drive by synchronous motor, it can complete realize automatic production.
Separate control cabinet to operate the machine, separated production are from operating area, ensure the safety for operator and sanitation for production.
Adopts encoder to counting, measuring, display control accurate.

Features

PT-PGS High-Speed Tablet Press machine is the improved module of original 620 tablet press machine, with bigger diameter, it can install 83 punch units at most, double feeding, and double discharging, which would increase the production greatly. The maximum production is 796,800 tablet/h. The stable production is over 450,000 tablet/h.
Instead of the original hand wheel drive, the lower pressure roller’s drive method uses motor driving synchronizing wheel drive, which can adjust more convenient and precisely.
It uses the encoder to adjust the dosing cam track’s position, with higher adjustment precision and faster reaction speed.
Instead of the traditional lower flange counting method, it uses main shaft encoder, with higher precision, easy for installation.
It uses two different lubrication devices. The upper punches use dry oil lubrication, reduce the thin oil’s splatter during high-speed production, and guarantee the medical tablet’s security production.
It uses advanced no-hand-wheel operation system, which can achieve the function of main pressure, pre pressure, filling and translation auto setting parameters and auto adjustment, reduce no-operation and operator’s labor strength. The control system uses digital display and controller synchronous working, which would make the tablet press production more easily. Reduce the risk of manual error.
