Introduction

This machine mainly used to wash penicillin vials, oral liquid bottles and ampoules. The ultrasonic cavitation, circulation water, WFI and compressed air device are set apart. It is one of the main equipment for new GMP technology requirements. Can be used for single or in production line.

QCK series ultrasonic vial washing machine is a new generation of antibiotic glass vial cleaning equipment. Using the non-contact vial washing method which is now popular in the world, and using the “cavitation” effect of ultrasonic to produce a strong mechanical force to peel off the dirt on the vial, not only can the purpose of cleaning be achieved, but also various microorganisms, Enterobacteriaceae and similar bacteria attached inside and outside the bottle can be ultrasonically crushed, so as to play the role of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization.

• Circulating water, WFI and compressed air can apply to spraying needles which have has obtained national patent, to prevent cross contamination, circulating water can recycle and filter separately, save the energy and cost.
• The cover can lift automatically, supply oil intensively, can relieve artificial work-load, decrease equipment fault rate, to make machine run steadily.
• Auto sampling, tail bottle emptying function.
• Equip with full digital differential pressure transmitter, monitor the water pressure, add ultrasonic intensity detector to make the whole washing process traceable, meet new GMP key parameter traceable demands.
• Non-metal components are processed with imported polyformaldehyde.
