Operational principle
CIP system prepares sterilized liquid following customized and adjustable programs. The sanitation circle starts by circulating the liquid through pneumatic control valve, transfer pump, and loop liquid pump. It finishes with the transfer of the clean liquid, followed by automatic draining and reset. The system is automatically self-cleaned and maintained real time through self-inspection function and PLC-based control system.
