CIP/SIP System

Application The product is widely used in drug manufacturing and industrial fermentation, which requires high level of liquid sanitation and sterilization. Operational principle CIP system prepares sterilized liquid following customized and adjustable programs. The sanitation circle starts by circulating the liquid through pneumatic control valve, transfer pump, and loop liquid pump. Water System

Pure Steam Generator

Pure steam generator is designed for using in pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries. Sterile, pyrogen-free pure steam is produced through evaporating pre-treated feed water by industrial steam. Description Raw water is pumped to pipe side of decontamination column and heat exchanger by a feed pump, and the liquid level is controlled by level gauge. When industrial steam or hot water entering into heat exchanger, raw water is heated to evaporation temperature, forming strong thermal circulation inside the two columns. Pure steam will be generated in the evaporator (decontamination column). Low speed of steam and height of column will remove any possible impure droplets under the gravity. Through adjusting industrial steam valve opening with a pneumatic regulator, pure steam pressure can be constantly maintained at set point by user, in the range between 0 to 3 bars. Features of Pure Steam Generator:
  1. Pure steam generator adopts unique tertiary separation technology(flash, gravity separation by 180 degrees exhumation and health type spiral separation technology), producing pure steam with best quality, as well as safe and reliable.
  2. Device for continuous separating non-condensable gas from feed purified water is embedded into system, and impurities are excluded continuously.
  3. Pre-heaters and evaporating columns adopt double tube plate design, preventing cross contamination to the greatest degree.
  4. Evaporating column is equipped with special feedwater distribution plate, which can guarantee that supply water can form falling film in the column tube, to ensure the highest evaporation heat exchange efficiency.
  5. Equipment design pressure can guarantee stable production with 8 bar industrial steam pressure. During pure steam consumption, discharge automatically adjusts to about 2% to 8% of capacity of equipment.

Water Distiller

Description Distillation is a process for chemical and microbiological purification of raw water by gas-liquid reform and separation. In the process, water is evaporated, in which produced steam breaks away from water, and unevaporated water flowing to behind is dissolved with solids, non-volatile substances and macromolecular impurities. In the distillation process, low-molecular impurities may be entrained and carried in evaporated steam in the form of water mist or droplets, so it needs separation device to remove tiny water mist and entrained impurities, including endotoxin. Purified steam becomes water for injection after condensation. Distilling method can reduce at least 99.99% of endotoxin content. Features of Water for Injection Equipment: 1. Multi-effect water distiller adopts unique tertiary separation technology (flash, gravity separation by 180 degrees exhumation and health type spiral separation technology), producing distilled water and pure steam with best quality, as well as safe and reliable. 2. Accelerated speed of spiral separation achieves 17 times of g (g means gravitational acceleration). 3. Unique technology of continuous removal of non-condensable gas. 4.
