Main usage and features The machine is the new generation multi-position drawbench filler. Matrix bottle delivering device is adopted in the new machine which makes the ampoule filling more stable and gains lower bottle broken ratio. Emulsifier Machine

Introduction The machine has triple blender, hydraulic lift cover, high-speed homogeneity blender (Speed is 0-3500r/min, frequency speed regulation) and low-speed scraper blender (Speed is 0-40r/min, frequency speed regulation). Fast-cutting vortex emulsification blender is used in the homogenizer part, which can scrape in a low speed and automatically blend and snuggle up to the bottom and wall of boiler. The machine draws powder material by the way of vacuum in order to prevent the powder flying. The whole working procedure is operated in the condition of vacuum in order to prevent the material coming into being bubble after high-speed blending and reach the request of sanitation and asepsis. CIP cleaning system is equipped in this system. The contact part of vessel and material is made from SUS316L material. Mirror finish of the inside surface is 300EMSH. In order to ensure the stabilization of the control, the vacuum pump is the products of Germany Siemens Company, the button is produced by Japan Fuji Company, the transducer is the product of Japan Matsushita Electric Industries and the electro-control part is the product of Siemens Company. Soft Gel Encapsulation Machine

Introduction Different from the two-step manufacturing (shaping and filling) of hard gelatin capsule, the soft gelatin capsule is made on a rotating mould in a continuous one-step operation. Gelatin skin made of gelatin and glycerol passed through two die rolls facing each other and continuously rotating in reverse cycles and forms its shape in the mould cavity. The size and shape of the soft gelatin capsule are determined by the mould cavity. Material filling and sealing of gelatin skin is carried out in the same time so that the filling process ends right before the finish of sealing. Feature
  1. The soft gelatin capsule has tidy and beautiful appearance. Compared to tablets pills, it features faster disintegration speed, higher bioavailability and convenient ingestion, storage and taking along.

Introduction Ampoule Steam Sterilizer is mainly used for the sterilization, leak test and washing of ampoule, syrup and IV solution with small capacity. It adopts pressure steam as sterilizing medium to achieve the uniform sterilization between 105℃~127℃.
